Check out a new web service http://ping.fm which lets you update your status in various social networks, post to Blogs and Microblogs. Infact I posted this via Ping.fm using Gtalk. If you are reading this post, then it works perfectly.
Few of the social networks which it supports are Blogger, Brightkite, Facebook, Friendfeed, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Twitter, etc.
You can sign up for free @ http://ping.fm ( use beta code : dreamofping ) and setup your social networks and istantaneouly post updates to all your networks via its web interface or using IM services like Yahoo Msgr, GTalk or even using your Mobile.
Its reallly a worthy Web 2.0 service for those who use different social networks.
